I often begin where other therapy has left off, helping clients go deeper into the layers of the psyche. My style is both grounded and human. Sessions may include moments of lightness and laughter, creating balance as we navigate difficult work together.
I specialize in supporting adults (18+) navigating stress, life transitions, trauma (including PTSD/C-PTSD, attachment wounds, and adverse childhood experiences), relational challenges, anxiety, and sexual assault/abuse. With a foundation in psychodynamic and attachment theory, I understand how early experiences shape our ability to cope and connect. Blending professional expertise with lived experience, I offer a warm, supportive space to explore challenges at your own pace — whether online, in-person, or through intensive therapy.
